Goddess Essence™ Cancellation Policy
At Goddess Essence™, every product is handcrafted with intention, care, and high-quality ingredients. Because our items are made to order, we ask that you please review our cancellation policy carefully before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at [your email address] with your order number.
- Once an order has entered production or processing, it cannot be cancelled.
Made-to-Order Items
- All Goddess Essence™ products are made fresh in small batches.
- Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours, even if they have not yet shipped.
After 24 Hours
- Orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once the 24-hour cancellation window has passed.
- This includes changes to scents, colors, sizes, or shipping information.
Delays & Processing Time
- Our processing time is clearly stated at checkout.
- Delays due to high order volume, seasonal launches, or holidays do not qualify for cancellation.

Goddess Essence™ Cancellation Policy
At Goddess Essence™, each item is handcrafted in small batches with care and intention. Because many of our products are made to order, we ask customers to review the following cancellation policy before placing an order.
1. Cancellation Timeframe
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of the original purchase time.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted before the order has entered production or shipped, whichever occurs first.
- Once an order has begun processing or production, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Cancellation Fees
- No cancellation fees apply if the order is cancelled within the 24-hour cancellation window.
- Orders cancelled after 24 hours or once production has begun are not eligible for cancellation and will not receive a refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
3. Refund Process
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation request has been approved.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Due to the nature of our products and sanitary reasons, Goddess Essence Beauty does not accept any returns or exchanges.
- Refunds are only accepted if you received the wrong item(s) sent to you. In order to receive a refund on incorrect items received, you MUST contact us by email within two (2) business days of receiving your order with your full name, order number, and a photo of the items. Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment. All sales are final. No refunds or returns on items arriving melted during transit — see shipping policies for more details on melted items.
4. Exceptions (Non-Cancellable Orders)
The following items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified once purchased:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Personalized products
- Digital products or downloads
- Gift cards
- Orders that have already entered production or shipped
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation request within the allowed timeframe, please contact us with the following information:
