🛍 Orders & Processing
How long does it take to process my order?
All Goddess Essence™ products are handcrafted in small batches. Processing times are listed at checkout and may vary due to order volume, seasonal launches, or custom orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered production.
Once processing begins, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer warm weather shipping?
Yes. During spring, summer, and late fall, we provide insulated thermal liners and dry ice packs for whipped body butters. However, due to weather conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee products will not melt during transit.
What if my whipped body butter arrives melted?
Melting is normal and does not affect product quality or benefits.
If your butter arrives melted:
- Place it in the refrigerator
- Allow it to fully firm before use
Melted whipped butter may appear half full due to air pockets created during whipping. This is normal. The butter may be re-whipped if desired.
Do you refund melted products?
No. Melted products are not considered damaged and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
Shipping times are estimates only. Goddess Essence™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or incorrect shipping information.
💸 Refunds & Returns
Do you accept returns?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
When are refunds issued?
Refunds are only issued if:
- You received the wrong item
- Your item arrived damaged during shipping
- Your product arrived defective

How do I use the Hair Growth Oil?

Results vary based on hair type, scalp health, consistency, and lifestyle. Most customers begin noticing improvements in moisture, shine, and scalp comfort within a few weeks. Hair growth results typically appear with consistent use over 6–8 weeks.
Can Hair Growth Oil be used on all hair types?
Yes. Our hair growth oils are formulated for all hair types and textures, including natural, relaxed, braided, locs, and protective styles.
Is the Hair Growth Oil safe for children?
Only hair growth oils specifically labeled as Kids Collection are suitable for children and must be used under adult supervision with a patch test. Adult formulas are not recommended for children.
