At Goddess Essence™, we take pride in providing high-quality, handcrafted products made with care and intention. Due to the nature of our beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness items, please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before completing your purchase.


Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any of our products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Skincare products
  • Haircare products
  • Body care products
  • Cosmetics
  • Oils, butters, scrubs, and soaps

All sales are final unless an error occurs on our end.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order arrived damaged during shipping
  • Your product arrived defective or unusable

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Personalized products
  • Digital products or downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong scent, size, or product selected)
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or high-volume periods

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

If an error occurred on our end, we may offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, once the issue has been reviewed and approved.

Once your order has been shipped, GODDESS ESSENCE BEAUTY is no longer responsible or liable. GODDESS ESSENCE BEAUTY is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail Express, USPS Priority Mail, and USPS Ground Advantage. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to completing your order. We are not able to fix incorrect addresses once an order has been placed. For any questions regarding shipments after your order has been placed, please email us: info@goddessessencebeauty.com with your name and order number and we will do our best to assist you. For tracking issues after your order has shipped or should your package not arrive, please contact USPS directly.

Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer

Spring, Summer & Late Fall Temperatures

Please note that our whipped body butters are delicate, oil-based products and may melt when exposed to warm temperatures during transit. Due to weather conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that body butters will arrive unmelted.

To help protect your order, we provide insulated thermal linings and dry ice packs during shipping for added cooling support throughout the early spring, summer, and late fall months.


Late Fall Shipping Notice (October–November)

While temperatures begin to cool during the fall season, some regions may still experience warm weather. For this reason:


If Your Body Butter Arrives Melted

If your product arrives melted:

  1. Place it in the refrigerator until it firms back up
  2. Once solid, it is safe and ready to use

Please note:

If you prefer the original whipped consistency, the butter can be re-whipped to restore volume.
