Warm Weather Shipping
Whipped body butters may melt during transit in warmer temperatures. Melting does not affect product quality and is not considered damage. Melted items are not eligible for refunds or replacements. Please review our Warm Weather Shipping Disclaimer for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the hygienic nature of our products:

- We do not accept returns
Refunds are only issued for:

Kids Collection
Products from our Kids Collection are formulated with gentle ingredients and are intended for use under adult supervision only.

- Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the use of all children’s products.
- Kids Collection items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases of damage or incorrect items received.
Men’s Collection
Products from our Men’s Collection are designed for external use only.
- Individual results may vary based on skin, scalp, and hair type.
- A patch test is recommended prior to use.
- Men’s Collection items are final sale and follow the same Refund & Return Policy as all other Goddess Essence™ products.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are created specifically at the customer’s request and are therefore non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has begun.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom scents, colors, or formulations
- Personalized labels or packaging
- Special requests or bulk/custom orders
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:
- Processing times may be longer than standard orders
- Custom products cannot be modified once production begins
